Do I have to sign a contract?

A service agreement covers the engagement — standard stuff. Cancel with 60 days notice. No penalties, no lock-in. Add or remove seats as your team changes.

What access do you actually need?

Three things: read access to your workspace (Google or Microsoft), DNS delegation for your domain, and the WILDCARD agent on each device. We can't read your files, emails, or passwords.

What if I already have security tools?

WILDCARD delivers services at enterprise grade. If your existing tools don't meet that standard, we replace them — not work around them. We won't patch together a mixed stack that creates gaps.

What size companies does CORE work for?

WILDCARD is built for organizations under 50 seats — but we can service any size à la carte. If you need a dedicated managed support contract, that's a different conversation and we're happy to have it.

Why do users AND devices both have to be covered?

Because half-coverage is the same as no coverage when an incident happens. A device without the agent is a vector. A user without monitoring is a target. No gaps.

How does the pricing work?

$49/seat, where your seat count is max(users, devices). A 5-person team with 5 computers = 5 seats. A 3-person team with 8 computers = 8 seats. Either way, everyone and everything is covered at the same rate.
